Track, Manage, Reverse, Audit Internal Processing Jobs

To enable the tracking of sequential processes within any organisation, we have developed a process management application that can be customised to fit most requirements. Tasks can be grouped as activities, which in turn are grouped to make functions. Personnel can be linked to activities to help identify the contact person for every task.
The application enables business owners to keep track of every "job" using the status viewer, which is a dynamic snapshot of where the job has reached. This information can be relayed to customers to keep them informed about their jobs.
This solution is not downloadable. It was custom made for a client which has been using the software since mid-2003.
