To enable the tracking of sequential processes within any organisation, we have developed a process management application that can be customised to fit most requirements. Tasks can be grouped as activities, which in turn are grouped to make functions. Personnel can be linked to activities to help identify the contact person for every task.
The application enables business owners to keep track of every "job" using the status viewer, which is a dynamic snapshot of where the job has reached within the organization. This information can be relayed to customers to keep them informed about the status of their orders.

WorkPay$
Automate your payroll process by accurately calculating the correct deductions based on the tax codes. WorkPay$ manages all the information required to administer payment of wages, salaries, bonuses, and other forms of compensation. It also simplifies the maintenance of taxes, deductions and allocations. The application is capable of handling salary and hourly requirements and can print payslips accordingly. The payslips shows the gross pay, less any deductions such as N.H.I.F, N.S.S.F and P.A.Y.E, and the net pay.
Case Study
A construction company uses the WorkPay$ application to track payments for their temporary and permanent staff. The application has enabled the company to manage their NHIF and NSSF contibutions for each employee without having to deal with manual processes. Using the application, the employees are provided a payslip that shows all their contibutions, advances, deductions and loans. The manual processing for their payroll used to take over a week to complete before they implemented WorkPay$. Currently the process takes only 4 hours to complete.
