As informed on Wednesday, we now have a new DC who is concerned and pro-active on Security.
As a first step to full fledged community policing in partnership with the public, he has initiated a program that will second 2 armed police officers to vehicles of Private Security firms operating in town daily from 6.00pm to 6.00am.
The vehicles will all be separately located at high risk known crime areas of the town and will respond to distress calls from ANY resident of Kisumu through Police HQ Control Room.
If any resident falls victim all one has to do is alert the Police control room or one of below as per contacts:
